Need titles for two books. Please help

1st book was about werewolves. A werewolf was captured and put in an underground government lab. He got loose and began a killing spree on the trapped people. Title, something like Wolf Moon or Moon of Wolf.
2nd book was about supernatural black creatures. A man told another about them to disbelief. So he pointed to a black object beside the road and said, there is one. The fella said it was a piece of rubber from a tire and walked over and kicked it. The creature bit him on the foot.
