Fave Foods to Grill Outdoors

Tis the season!...........my fave is CHICKEN ( Tandoori style )...split in half or quarters and marinated in yogurt or buttermilk then slathered w/the typical Indian spices found in most curries....the cumin and turmeric turn the chicken a gorgeous shade of " mahogany / red " as it gets crispier and crispier...
Do you have a fave barbecue sauce?..
mine is chinese.......ginger,a tad of molasses or honey, soy sauce, garlic, balsamic vinegar, o.j. , apricot jam, lime juice red veggie dye, garlic and ketchup ( makes a great dipping sauce too for egg rolls and spring rolls )....great on RIBS and / or PORK BUTT....SHRIMP too...
BRATS!...... get the sauerkraut or slaw, good mustard, and sour pickles ready...............tater salad wouldn't hurt either
