Fave meal?...i have two...

1- Thanksgiving dinner w/all the trimmings...

2-A Lobster clambake, ( love that corn too )

Fave candy?

1-Chunky
2-Almond joy

Fave " fast food "

1-K.F.C.
2-Ray's N.Y. pizza
3-Mexican " street tacos "

Pizza, popcorn, and chocolate, and not necessarily in that order... Luckily, I space these out with lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Or else I'd be in trouble...

I agree! that's the way to do it...

A doc who has a radio show here claims that if we eat 80% " healthy ", we'll still be okay with the 20% " unhealthy "

I tend to agree...those fruits and veggies loaded w/ " anti-oxidants " take care of a multitude of sins...( plus i've been taking over 20 vitamins and minerals for a million yrs. as an additional " insurance policy " )

French fries, cakes and chocolates are my favorite junk food ,and korean rice and chicken manchurian are my favorite hotel food. And i love all kind of home made food except bitter gourd. :lol:

Yep. I call it the 80/20 rule. I aim for 90/10, but I usually end up at 80/20. Unless I'm on vacation. Then all bets are off...

I cant figure out the name of it.. but you can get it from Chinese buffet's.. it's crispy chicken strips in a peanut buttery sauce.. it's so delicious.
