This is very interesting, but at the moment I don't have a guess. I will work on it. :tools-hammerdrill:

I was going to say St. Paul's too, but I don't know how the other clues would apply to it.

Yes, we are talking about St. Paul's Cathedral.

But remember it's name is not the answer.

Try to solve the remaining three lines, it will be easier.

Could it be the cathedral's organ?

That's a really nice guess @DATo, but it's something more natural. Like, it exists even without the involvement of humans or any other organisms.

Lil Hints:

Line 3- We are talking about a medical device.

Line 4- Think about the famous gallery of St. Paul.

@Sadiya_Khan

This is a very good riddle! You did good Sadiya!!! Some of the clues lead me in one direction, but then other clues conflict with the idea I had in mind. It is a very tricky riddle which is what makes it good.

I am going to make a wild guess and say .... The Whisper Gallery ... or perhaps the answer is simply Whisper? But see? I don't know how to reconcile "whisper" with a "medical device". Very interesting.

Thank you for the praise @DATo.😊

The Whispering Gallery is the right guess, but Whisper isn't.
All that's left to do is consider what makes the Whispering Gallery special.

Regarding the medical device, just as the riddles say, it is something that shows the heart in the form of a picture.
Guess the name and the answer will be right in front of you.

ECHO ??? (as in echocardiogram)

Sorry for the late reply; I got caught up in some work.

Yes!! You got it right @DATo. CONGRATS. :greetings-clappingorange: :greetings-clappingyellow: :greetings-clapyellow: :happy-cheerleadersmileyguy: :greetings-clapyellow: :greetings-clappingyellow: :greetings-clappingorange:

Echo is the right answer.

An echo naturally forms using air as a medium.
It can be used for meditation, and its creepiness is mentioned in several ancient horror folktales.
Echo, as in echocardiogram, is what we were talking about here.
The Whispering Gallery of St. Paul is actually based on the concept of echo.
