What do you do when you feel restless?

Usually, I try to watch a movie but presently, its not working. I also do music and a lot of dancing.
I think I will try writing also.
So, what about you? I wanna know  :)

I tend to recluse and spend a lot of time online looking for the next fun thing... Or I just focus all my attention on my cat Meeka. Or just write anything to keep my mind occupied.

I always found myself cleaning my room or our house whenever I feel restless. From morning until afternoon, all I do is non stop cleaning until I feel satisfied and tired. I also used to declutter some unused and unimportant things that I found on some parts of our house. This act is very satisfying for me 😁
Stay safe! Sending hugs

Go on the treadmill and try to walk it out, start a new book, try to find something to watch, or clean/organize.

When I feel restless, I try to sleep it off and wake up with new vigor. When I am somewhere I can't sleep, I take out my phone, start a note and write out all my feelings and try to find out why am I feeling like this. Usually, the latter helps. I would say don't try to ignore it or bury it, it will come back sooner or later.

I also try to put my feelings into words.

I move. Working out, walking the dog, just walking. But I got to move.

Exercise is a saving grace for me, usually walking the dogs or weightlifting. However, if it's in a short period of time, I might try to get a task done to ease my mind or listen to some piano as a calming mechanism.
