For the Techy People Out There, A Question

Post by Loveabull »

I'm going to ask my kid too but he gets impatient that I'm so out of touch with all the electro devices out there. My question is...I want something small and simple to use that I can listen to music when I exercise, what would be the right thing to get?
I understand the basic idea that you get an electronic thing and there is music online somewhere that you can put into your thing and then you put in your ear buds and you're good to go. Somebody please explain to me in simple terms what I'm looking for and how it works. Thank You! :D

PS The last time I had a portable music device was when you put a cassette in a small player and if you walked too fast it skipped, I'm really out of the loop...

You need an I-pod or MP3 player.
Mp3 is really easy to use and you can get one for about £25. Just simply plug it into your computer/laptop and load any stored music straight onto the Mp3, it takes seconds.

Thank you, I researched a few stores yesterday and you're right. An MP3 player...gah that's what it's called right? But that's exactly what I'll get, plus my kid showed me ITunes, every tune I can imagine...I'm pleased! :D

I was going to suggest an MP3 player. The one I have is about three in. by one and a half and holds around 1500 songs. Ive run mine for 8 hours and still has almost a full charge. I think they are about 40 bucks.
