How'd you QUIT the ciggies ?

I failed a million times! but miraculously it FINALLY worked...
My trick was to " delay " a craving for 10 minutes, in which time the " climbing up the wall " feeling just disappears...
Before you know it you're smoking LESS ciggies, therefore by ingesting less nicotine, it's much easier to quit cold turkey...
My last smoke was 4 yrs. ago in April of 2010...I decided to quit when my 2 pack a day habit became 2/1/2...
Actually it was my ANGER that fueled me...at myself and the tobacco companies...
It's one of the most difficult things I'd ever achieved, but having said that, although Sooo hard, it's very DOABLE!...after all if such a hard core smoker such as myself WAS ABLE TO QUIT ANYONE CAN DO IT !
