Hello, I came here for some advice. I picked up a new book today for a good price but it wasn't until now that I've found out its been signed for someone by the author and is an uncorrected book proof which seems quite rare. Its called the death maze by Ariana Franklin.

Does this make it more collectable and valuable to someone who is a fan of her books? If so I dot know whether to try to sell it? I find it very tempting to keep it but if I did it would just gather dust as I'd want to keep it in perfect condition!
