I don't understand this site

I know, shame on me but this site is so confusing. I'm new here and I took ages to find where I could make my own post. Can anyone explain how this website works? I'd appreciate it.

ah which part is still confusing to you? The most confusing bit of the forum for me had been making your own post, and you can do that already!

Actually I cant do it anymore! I tried to do the same thing I did last time and it doesn't work. I can't make new posts again.

How to post

To post a new topic in a forum, click the relevant button on either the forum or topic screens.
