Started a book club!

I'm fairly new here, but so far enjoy the community feel of this site.
Anyways, at the beginning of this month me and a family member went out and started a book club. As of right now it is between the 2 of us, but hope it will grow as we continue.
I just wanted to get any stories or maybe some advise from anyone who's started a book club before?
