I have always thought of being lactose intolerant as the most unfortunate thing to experience as a foodie. So many enjoyable things have lactose in them like... How do you even manage to stay away from it and not mistakenly ingest amounts that bother you? Do you not just sometimes give up on staying lactose free and just deal with the consequences later?Lisa Van Den Berg wrote: ↑10 Apr 2022, 03:06 I became lactose intolerant after eating cheese cake. I can eat gouda in small bits and not be affected but feta is a big no no. Chocolate is safe so I would vote to keep chocolate.
