Wondering if anyone else here is lucky enough to live near one of the officially recognised "Book Towns"?

I'm lucky enough to be 35km south of Australia's only Book Town, which is in Clunes, Victoria ... nothing quite like heading out for a quiet Saturday afternoon looking through thousands of old books, in a heritage-listed town.

I know there are other towns which have been recognised around the globe, so wondering if anyone else has their own experience (which, to my mind, enhances the beauty that books bring to a life)?

Stillwater, Minnesota is apparently the closet one to me, but I have never visited there before.

It is quite the interesting concept to say the least. One day I may be Bookman living in Booktown!
