I adore Ethiopian food, unfortunately I can't get it where I live but I can get it 2 hours away in Las Vegas. You don't use utensils, but instead use Injera, which is a kind of bubbly pancake that you grab the food with. Wonderfully spicy food that I crave sometimes!

I also love Vietnamese, Indian and Middle Eastern food.

I love all food, but my absolute favorite thing to eat is lobster. I only eat it once or twice per year.

My favorite ethnic food is Thai, although I am starting to really get into Vietnamese also.

Fresh lumpia (basically vegetables wrapped in a steamed pancake thing and served with peanut sauce)
and okonomiyaki! (It's a meat and vegetable pancake, I guess...?)

And pizza! And ice cream. And Vietnamese garlic pasta... and... and... <insert rest of rant here>
