Ate the skin my whole life, and have VERY LOW CHOLESTOROL!..

( that's why I don't go to doctors )...they know nothing about " wellness " /preventive medicine, only about " illness " which they treat w/ DRUGS! :evil: :twisted:

Their pre-med courses in " nutrition " are only 4 HOURS! :roll:

My favorite food is Pizza with green peppers and pepperoni. I eat that at least twice a week. You can never get to much pizza. Hahaha

Homemade chicken tenders with same day made honey mustard. Most delicious thing and I have it about once a month, kind of like a special treat.

My favourite food is salmon in soy sauce, lemon and brown sugar glaze. I have salmon at least once/twice per month.
