I did, but it didn't really meet my needs too well. I use a couple of different apps right now. I am waiting for
the one that has everything I want in it.

I do. I use it mainly to calculate my calories. It's free and easy to use.

Hey! It's free. I want to join Weight Watchers, but it is too expensive.

What do you recommend @rssllue? Or was that just a general statement?

Lose It is a good one for tracking calories and eating.

I am loving the Lose It! app. It is so fun to just scan your food right in. Thank you for suggesting it. I joined the Hero's Journey 2.0 challenge, but I haven't really started it. I just took a walk this morning. I am going to try to fit more exercise in.
I have heard great things about P90X! I have a friend doing the 21 day fix. She has already lost two dress sizes and feels awesome. I am losing weight based on healthier eating. I am ready to incorporate exercise.

I use my fitness pal as a general guide to calculating my calories and staying on track. I just try to be careful of what other people have entered for nutrition facts. It gets the job done.

A lot of my friends swear by it, and similar ones. Never worked much for me but my weight just seems to be a part of me for good. Adds to my bearly charm

The hardest part is finding something that works for you. Keep trying even small changes can make a huge difference. Before I started using an app I ate only the serving size. I employed snack bags and lots of measuring tools. It helped a lot, but I found that I needed more.

I am quite pleased that Lose It is working well for you!
And it is great that you are looking to add in more exercise too!

Keep it up!
