I'm curious how many of you here are early birds or night owls. Do you like your sleeping pattern now? Do you wish to change it? I'm excited about which one exceeds-an early bird or a night owl? Let's find out!

I am an early bird and won't change that. What about you?
You can add a poll to your question, to better see the results.

Thanks so much, Gali for the suggestion. I made it.
We're the same! I am an early bird and yes, I don't have the plan to change it. I love sunrise, and I help cook breakfast.

I think I should be flexible!

I wish I could be an early bird since mornings are so peaceful! But it's too easy for me to sleep in, especially when I've been too distracted the night before to go to bed. I blame whatever cliffhanger's going on in the current book I'm reading haha

You'll get my best at night; I usually feel energetic. And feel like I'm ready to take on the world (like I can do anything).
While in University, I had no issue with this. I stayed up late to either prepare for exams or go out and have fun.
Now that I work a 9-5, I have to get up early to exercise, make breakfast and so on before going to work. And I go to bed early enough to get up early the next day. I do not like my sleeping pattern now. I had to train myself to have early nights and early mornings. I'm accustomed to that pattern now. Nevertheless, I am not chirpy in the mornings.
So yes, I wish I could revert to being a night owl. It is what it is.

My best friend ends up reading the entire night, ruining her sleep schedule and her health! She has had an earful about it from me.
As for me, Iβm usually a night owl but I could bring myself to wake up early if itβs necessary! Sometimes, during exams, when I donβt feel like studying at night, I wake up as early as 4 am. The time-crunch and pressure is a classic motivator!

Some people can give up a good sleeping pattern just because of a good book. One is your best friend.
Yes, you can be flexible anytime. I agree that the pressure of exams can be a real motivator to wake up early. I've been through that. The anxious feelings make the internal clock alarm early.

I'm a night owl. I totally blame my reading habit for it. I just can't get myself to leave a book once I start. I know I'm ruining my health, but I can't stop myself.

That's fine. There's always a chance to change it.

I don't really do well at either but I tend to function better early in than morning than I do late at night, so perhaps that makes me an early bird.
