I was trying to up date my review of UNUM: Infinity and Eternity according to the instructions given by the Review Team Score Cards.

I have finished submitting the edited review and my rating of the book.

I was then trying to submit the grammatical and typological errors when the attached page came up.

Could the problem have occurred because I was opening many windows so that I could see what I was doing clearly.
