Interesting poll, actually I suspect that most people brush more than three times per day, at least that is what the ADA specifies.

we can adopt a simple habit of brushing teeth twice a day, once in morning and once in night before sleeping.

It's a very interesting question for book forum :D I think 3 times is bad for teeth.

i know it too that brushing too much has a bad effect to ones teeth. but i don't know why.

Twice a day mostly, three times if I get a chance at work. I have nice teeth and I want to keep it that way.

2 times a day. I forgot to brush my teeth every noon due to busy sked and life.
Just bring a methol candy.
