I try to take a minute and be alone in my room and watch funny videos, sometimes including my favorite comedians and shows but sometimes just random funny stuff. I also tend to listen to my favorite artist singing or watch their live shows. Just listening to their upbeat songs helps me to calm down.
Stay safe! Sending hugs

I like to read. It helps me get away from whatever is stressing me out and enter into a different world and gain inspiration and strength to fight the negative thoughts. :-)

I go for a walk—no headphones, no distractions. I focus on the beauty of nature, and I pray and listen as I walk.

Listen to music, take deep breaths that works for me.

I try to sleep or type out my feelings about what's making me stress. I keep something to nibble on while I type. After pouring out all my feelings, I feel relaxed that I have a tangible resource to help with my stress.

I highly recommend writing it out, just open your notes app and pour out your feeling or you can even do audio notes if typing feels too much work.

It really depends on the stimuli of the stress.... sometimes taking a hot bath helps me a lot and other times a cold shower is what I needed. If it's because of work most def I'd eat a snack, it normally helps me chewing a lot so I like to eat some jicama, it's tender and doesn't have much calories so it a good option. If it's during or before bedtime I'd listen to calm relaxing music like lofi beats playlist. These past weeks I've been listening to this one but there are a lot and it can be any you like :D

Hope it helps!

When stressed, I just find a quiet place to lay down and rest. Even if I don't sleep, I just close my eyes. It helps.

I work out, watch a TV show or go play with my pup.
Specially that last one, works like a charm.
