Hello OnlineBookClub,

In regards to this, as I've mentioend in my email:

I haven't read nor downloaded 'Angels Watching Over Me' as I was trying to find out how payment will be made to my new post review from the book 'Snatched Up to Heaven'. So if there's a way to undo this, please let me know. Also, I have a concern in regards to the payment.

So in short, I misclicked the title 'Angels..." with 'Snatched Up to Heaven' because I was finding out if my review went through as well as the payment. If you could check in your system, I haven't even downloaded the PDF yet so that's enough proof that I haven't actually read the book and there's no way I would have skimmed through the book without downloading it. Besides, I just finished reading 2 books and left a review. So it's a bit unfair not to let the reviewers (yes, I have seen a couple of reviewers getting banned as well) have their say.

To be honest, although I do like the nostalgia look of your website, I do hope you have a Customer Service Chat/Email where we could submit our concerns - and get a 24 hour response rather than waiting for 72 hours - rather than letting the whole world know our concern by posting on forums.
