I enjoy all aspects of photography both film and digital. My wife of 27 years and myself have been involved in photography for the last 17 years.

We average about 11 weddings per year as we do not promote our hobby, news travels by word of mouth, I guess.

We usually offer it at our cost for developing and donate the labor for those who cannot afford to hire on a wedding photography company starting out their new journey together. We try to do most of our pictures about 50/50 between film and digital

We enjoy nature and landscape shooting.

Some of my personal best photo's I took off the northern shores of Minnesota by Canada. I especially enjoy Lighthouses, running streams, and old buildings and church's, wheras my wife enjoys flowers and closeup's.

I use an array of equipment but my favorite is my Canon 40D with my 28 - 135 lense.

Does anyone know anything about Metal Detectors?

I have been considering purchasing a metal detector to look for old coins and relics and would appreciate any feedback anyone has on this topic and equipment recommendations. I would not be working around any salt water.

I'm going to school for interior design, so I guess that would be my main niche, in fact I have a blog about it! I also love photography and cooking.

I love to roleplay. Roleplaying is my niche. More specifically, I play World of Darkness, a horror roleplaying game where you play the monsters.

This isn't a roleplaying game like Final Fantasy. It's actually a tabletop game like Dungeons and Dragons. Unlike D&D, however, the mechanics of the game are designed explicitly to further story.

I have a few. Aside from writing and reading, I'm also a belly dancer and a beader and I attend Renaissance faires. So when I'm not holding a book or a pen in my hand, I can usually be found doing one of these other three things.

Okay, I don't suppose anyone else shares this interest - but I love keeping chickens... And chickens play quite a role in my book - 'Chickens, Mules and Two Old Fools'.

Ha. I just went to my first Ren Fair yesterday. It was pretty incredible (particularly the jousting). I think if I had more time, I'd get involved with fairs making some sort of product I love. My niche, I suppose, is writing. I love creating new articles on just about anything.

i'm lucky enough to live on the westcoast so i do enjoy surfing, mostly longboarding, but it's great because I'll bring a book to the beach and read either before or after. It helps to motivate me to get fresh air too so that's a plus so I'm not couped up in bed all day reading :D I also knit.. but not well.. i only know how to knit rectangles so I just call them scarves

I write obsessively; short stories, poems, I even write letters to my favorite fictional characters. I'm working on a novel now. I also love cinema from the late 1800s through 1929, and have literally seen hundreds of silent films. Actually, I love anything antiquated, and I'm heavily into history, especially the Renaissance era. I love Civil War reenactments, but have yet to visit a Renaissance fair, unfortunately.

I have all sorts of strange hobbies and interests, which will flare up suddenly. Just recently, I've grown fond of floriography, or the language of flowers.

i love gardening and working with plants annd trees. I have a small back garden where i try to plant some flowers or bushes. My family likes to see all this beauty. Unfortunately, the piece of land is too small for all my desires, but i keep on reading some special books and magazines.
