Have you ever encountered wild animals?

Post by Christina Rose »

In the story, Sarah claims to have seen a bear swimming in the river. She was able to sketch a picture of it before it left her. Tom did not believe her.
Have you ever encountered any wild animals? Were you alone at the time? Did anybody believe you?

My house is surrounded by 40 acres of woods, so I encounter wild animals a lot. In addition to a plethora of small birds, there are deer, turkeys, grouse, rabbits and raccoons. I have also seen tracks of a bear but fortunately haven't encountered it!

All the wild animals I encountered were in cages or a safe distance away. I'm a big chicken. But I did dare have my picture taken with a tiger cub in Taman Safari in Jakarta. With bated breath.

How exciting! I do hope you never actually encounter the bear, though!

That sounds like an unforgettable experience! I'm not really one to get frightened easily when it comes to nature, and that may not be a good thing!

In the zoo, perhaps. But since I'm in the city, no.

I saw wild bears in Potwisha, located in Sequoia National Park. I also saw wild bears Canada while riding on a gondola. I saw bison and mule deer in Yosemite.

My house is surrounded by hills. Sometimes when I walk towards them, I see monkeys. For some reason though, they run away when they see people
