I am very interested in old wives tales,with insurance being so high and all.
Does any one know any good ones that have been handed down?

Chamomile tea for :
Eye irritations, ( stys, redness, etc. )
upset stomach
sleep probs
skin and hair...
immune system, etc.........I've learned of the above when I lived in Mexico...
