Review of a favourite book

Hi. Can I write a review of a book I bought myself? I really liked the book and want to talk about it.
Where should I post this review, if possible? Under Sci-Fi and Fantasy Reviews (because it's fantasy) or under Volunteer Reviews (because I'm sure no one will pay me for this review)?
And do I have to follow the rules about the length of the review etc?
