Banned But Not on Facebook

I am helping a new reviewer who got banned for using AI in her review. She says that she did not use AI and wants to appeal, but she does not have Facebook. Has anyone here been banned and appealed the ban without Facebook? By what means did you use? Any input would be appreciated.
