Trying to contact an administrator for assistance with submission error!

I submitted a review for the boom Deceptive Calm and was temporarily suspended for plagiarism, stating that AI was used. I clicked on the "view my review" to see what was uploaded, and noticed that was not my review that I submitted. The review was definitely not my writing, and the review I selected to submit. Im not exactly sure what happened, but when I responded back to the reviewer explaining what happened, I was advised they don't have the authority to allow me to resubmit my review and to discuss it with an administrator

However, I've tried every way to contact an actual person without success. The online contact form just redirects me to the faq page. I'd really like to figure out if I can resubmit my review, as I did write my own original review and would like to be a part of the team.

If the wrong review was uploaded, it’s likely a technical glitch rather than intentional misuse, but unfortunately the system flags what it sees. Since the regular reviewer can’t help, I’d recommend reaching out directly via the Contact Us form again, but this time select the topic “Account or Review Suspension Appeal” (if that’s an option).
