When will I hear back about ban appeal?

It's been a week since I submitted my ban appeal. It said I would hear back within 72 hours, but I haven't heard back yet. I don't think there's anything I can do but wait to hear back. The support staff can't give me a rough idea of when that will be.
I was banned for not completing an AI writing appeal. It was my fourth AI appeal, and I did the written appeal but didn't upload the video within 72 hours. That was my mistake, but as I've been waiting for 2 months to hear back from my first AI writing dispute, I thought there was no hurry to complete it.
I've written over 70 reviews for OBC and love being a reviewer. I've never used AI, but it looks like I will have to give up on working for OBC.

While the standard response time is usually within 72 hours, sometimes delays occur due to the volume of appeals or internal processing times. I’d recommend keeping an eye on your email and the forum for any updates. If possible, you might consider politely following up with the support team after a little more time has passed.

Hi Catherine! Did you ever solved your problem with the appeal? I think OBC is behind on several things (ban appeals, scoring reviews, verification processes) because I've had the same problem when I've need help and written via email or contact form, it's taking way longer than it used to.
