Cancellation penalty

I got a 12 point penalty for cancelling two books, but they were not unavailable on Amazon

so it was through no fault of my own. Is there any way to petition that penalty?

I would suggest that you use the contact form to reach the moderators. Search "Online book club contact form" and it pops right up.
