Trouble submitting reviews

Is anyone having trouble submitting reviews? I've spent the last three days trying to submit a review, I can write it, and read the draft, but when I click "submit as final review" the page just goes blank and nothing happens. I've tried using different browsers and devices, but the same thing happens. I have already contacted support, but have not heard back and I am worried. I still have time to submit my review, but if this issue is not resolved I will either have to report a problem or request additional time, and I do not know how much additional time I will get.
