Do you like spending time with your family?

Post by complimentarymatters »

I am thinking of it because of the holidays that are coming up. A lot of people go see their families for the holidays. Do you like spending time with your family?

I wouldn't like it if I had to spend a lot of time with them throughout the year, but just going home for the holidays is good. It's nice to see everyone every now and then.

Yes, I try to go and see them whenever I can. My parents are a lot of fun and my siblings are way more tolerable now that they are older. :)

I have a very large family. 6+ Aunts and Uncles, 6 Grandparents, 6+ Cousins, my parents, and 3 siblings. It's all very confusing.

I love being a mother and spending time with my son. But at big family gatherings, I feel out of place. I guess that's the introvert in me.

I decline to answer this on the grounds that it will incriminate me.....

Indeed! I truly adore those parental units..bro's are great to punch on..sister's are good to have around to go shoe shopping with..and my two boys are the peas in my pod..tiny little co-pilots if you will..also those rugrats are a great tax relief..grand excuse to eat pizza and wings every weekend..even better excuse as to why you're jumping around in McDonald's playplace and of course awesome dates to Disney and Pixar movies

And the holiday's are nothing but a BIG FAT party with my peeps :P

I have a very large family; 18 aunts and uncles (plus my step mom's siblings, she is one of 7), 7 grandparents, 3 great-grandparents still alive, 15 cousins, my mom, and a brother. Not to mention we keep in tough with second and third cousins...!

I love it though.
