Food when stranded on a desert island...

Hello friends~
I run about five and a half miles every other day not just because I want to stay in shape, because I love to eat and I want to keep my figure!
So, if you were stranded on a desert island, and could only get a half dozen or so foods droppedto you by helicopter every day, what would you chose?
(Please, I know there is no refridgeration, just use your imaginiation!) I'd love to hear what you would choose!
Here are my selections:
1. Roast chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy
2. Sushi- i.e. esp. rolls and hand rolls
3. Eggs benedict
4. Thai food- i.e. green curry chicken, pad thai, spring rolls
5. Soft shell crabs from Maryland, sauteed in garlic on toast points
6. Pizza...but only New York (thin crust) style pizza. No deep dish!
I could eat the above on a rotation for years and years and probably never get sick of any of it...

Crab legs and melted butter
Peanut butter and jam(thats an absolute neccesity)
A 6-pack of beer to wash it down with
I forgot to add a torta

Yum, yum, yum!!!
Esp. the crab legs with drawn butter, holy cow that sounds great! Also, the peanut butter, I could eat that with my finger out of the jar...
And as for libations....a good pinot noir or a nice dark beer. Or both!
(Maybe we should start another thread for what we'd drink on the island!)
Thanks for responding Bighuey!.

Hey Blondie, I think that would be a very long list of drinks. Beer was the first one that came to mind, but there many, many, others that I like. And thank you for responding. I really enjoy this forum, I live alone and this helps to keep away the loneliness.

I live on an island...so I know what it's like to be lonely.

As for beers...I love a black and tan....and elephant beer....
let me know what you think...

Hi Blondie, I like most beer, my favorite is Tecate but I like the dark beers too. Im not much into hard liquor but I like rum and orange juice once in a while. As for wine, my favorite is plain old Boones Farm. What is elephant beer? Thats a new one on me. You know, we might end up with quite a banquet for our island. Do you have any more suggestions? - canadian style bacon, oddly enough it's not the same anywhere else... although not sure about the States... probably the same since they're just south of us...

We took our first trip to Canada...and we had never heard of poutine. It was amazing...and fattening, but really good!
Love the chicken wing idea!
