How do You Come Up With A New Email Address?

Post by Denv12 »

Over the years I've heard many ideas of how people came up with their email addresses. Some people are very clever. My own is basically a combination of my first name misspelt,3 letters of an old nickname and the last 3 letters of my surname. The woman at the phone/internet company said it was one of the better ones she had heard.

So,would you like to share your ideas on how to come up with a new email address? Please go ahead.
Thanks.

I honestly just use my full name for my emails. Often I use them to apply for jobs, and I have enough old and weird email addresses to dump spam and stuff to keep my main mail clean.

I think of the weirdest words like glub and then create something out of that with like another weird word or some numbers.

I pick my name and a number that has something to do with my life. For example my apartment number, a number in a song, the date of my birthday, etc...

I used my real name together with my age in my current email now. So it sounds professional, and not a joke. Lol
