"Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else"

That quote, honestly, stuck with me for days after i read the book. Sure it wasn't part of any of the short stories, but it still held my attention non the less. There is so much truth to that one sentence. Anger only hurts ourselves. Using that as bases for the theme to the book was a brilliant idea.
