Wow. This book was actually reviewed a while ago.

Great review. It covered the main plot in a short and sweet manner. I like the disclaimer on how this isn't a "light read." I like books that make you think, and this sounds like a great one.

Thanks for this review; it has me most interested in this book. Discussion of God divorced from religious biases is very interesting to me. Plus I love the idea of a person returning from a coma and bringing divine message with her. Looking forward to reading this book.

This book sounds right up my alley. I love when books make you think and Leah's seemingly-simple message from God is one that I could get behind but I also see the potential problems others may have with it. The review is great as it analyzes the intent or motive of the author--whether the book intends to promote any religious belief--which it does not. The main character, Leah, is obviously the means by which the author conveys the message about what God wishes humans should do but without endorsing a particular system of religion, philosophy or belief which is great as discussion on religious beliefs can usually be the breeding ground of deep conflict..
