Your review helped fill in the blanks for me after I read the sample. I was wondering what direction the book was going in. I am not sure why God would send Leah to tell people he loves them and He wishes everyone to have humility. Jesus already did this. Besides this, the writing is engaging and intellectual. These things I like.

The Message?

Despite what was before their eyes, Doctors who examined Leah were more unresponsive than when she, Leah, was in a coma. Leah experienced a miraculous return to life. She was convinced she was chosen by God to deliver a message of love.

Its sometimes hard to have a conversation about God. Sounds like this book brings a lot of different ideas together in a thought provoking way. I like that its not trying to force a specific religion or concept on us.

Thanks for the review. I found it very enlightening, especially since the sample didn't initially encourage me to read it.

Thank you for the review. I enjoyed hearing your thoughts on the book. From the few pages that I've read, I am considering giving it a read sometime. I'm glad to hear you mention that the book isn't exactly a "light read". My favorite kinds of books are the ones that really make you think a lot after you've finished!

I've read the sample and sadly I was not impressed by what I was reading. I like the book cover but I had trouble staying awake because the material was boring. A woman in the story wakes up in the hospital from an accident and claims to be a messenger from God.

I love books or thoughts that make me go, "hmmm". The sample of this book definitely does just that. I wan't sure from the picture on the cover, I thought it was kind of strange, what the book might entail. I am, however, so far, very intrigued and anxious to read the complete book. I am looking forward to how God will use Leah throughout the characters' lives with the message from Him. Although Jesus died to show God's love for us, we get busy and many times do not tell those, who do not know, that God loves them immensely. This book may be a great inspiration to be reminded to share that love.

Thank you for your insightful review of The Message? by Avam Hale. The plot looks intriguing. Also, it's a really positive thing that the author doesn't associate the highest power with any particular religion.

Very intriguing concepts; I am always interested to read about science and religion and how they play into people's perception of reality - I think the cover seems not at all indicitave of the actual content, although I understand wanting to use an eye with all the symbolism it represents. Does the book have any basis in real events, even small ones?

Thanks for your review. You did a great job providing a good understanding of the concept of the book and how it was carried out. It did a much better job than the Amazon blurb!
