Would you use the possessive form in this sentence?

I have a question regarding this sentence:

"The unmistakable whiff of Joy bespoke perfume filled Alfred’s senses as he extended his hand to the interpreter."

Would you use the possessive form of Joy in this sentence, using bespoke as an adjective meaning "custom-made", or as a verb meaning "to show or indicate"?

The latter but I would actually just say, "joy perfume."
