You only put the italics in the body of the review and not on the subject line. They are under the subject line.

One problem with dealing with titles is that different schools of writing and documentation handle them differently. Chicago, APA, and MLA writing styles differ on some key points when it comes to proper documentation. I've always been preferential to MLA, because I studied liberal arts in college. APA is a close second while I've avoided Chicago.

You have to click the full editor button that would take you to another blank page but with editting buttons on top and smilies at the right side.

If you wanna italicize some words, highlight them and click the small italic i icon on top.

I think I generally knew a lot of this, though it’s definitely super helpful in terms of the small rules I wasn’t aware of. Admittedly, I’ve never much used the underline feature for titles before mainly because I thought it looked tacky so this is definitely quite informative. Thank you.

Just as a quick clarification then, for a single book within a series of books. Would the title of the book be in quotations and the series in italics since the series itself is the larger body of work?

Both would be in italics. You do not put titles in quotations in OBC reviews. If you do, it will be a guidelines violation.
