Is this grammar correct? "The mix of hatred, book and street smartness, comradice, a psychotic narcist who writes about his murders..." My focus being, 'a psychotic narcist'. Or does it have to be 'a psychotic narcissist'?

Narcissist is correct, the other is not.

The correct form is narcissist, while narcist should be considered a spelling mistake on the author's behalf.
