Commas and Qualifiers

Should you have a comma after a qualifying phrase and before the verb and noun it qualifies?
Here's an example:
"Even more brilliant is the idea of growing modified coffee beans."
OR
"Even more brilliant, is the idea of growing modified coffee beans."
Here's an example:
"Even more brilliant is the idea of growing modified coffee beans."
OR
"Even more brilliant, is the idea of growing modified coffee beans."
