Extra space between sentences

If a sentence has an extra space between them would this be considered a grammatical error?
The extra space isn't between the words as this thread mentions which I know are a grammatical error/typo.

As an example:
I like reading books.__It is fun.
(I had to put an underscore as the double space would not show in the preview)

Thank you. Sorry to bring this up again, but I have noticed many books do this occasionally. Usually to 'justify' the sentence to fit the space. Similar to how you use the 'justify' option on Microsoft Word. I presume it would be okay in that case?
Of course, if it was intentional, that is a different case and should be marked as an error. (Although, would it be a counted or an uncounted error?)
Sorry again! Just want to be sure.
