Grammar Check

Some grammar rules (and embarrassing mistakes!) transcend the uniqueness of different regions and style guides. This new International Grammar section by OnlineBookClub.org ultimately identifies those rules thus providing a simple, flexible rule-set, respecting the differences between regions and style guides. You can feel free to ask general questions about spelling and grammar. You can also provide example sentences for other members to proofread and inform you of any grammar mistakes.

Grammar Check

Post by Jazminelilac01 »

Please, can someone help me to clarify if any of the punctuations in the grammar below is incorrect;

If you are looking for a fiction book with a touch of mystery and suspense, then this book might just be what you are looking for—that is, if you can actually endure the author's untidy writing style.

Someone should help me out with this please.

Hi,

It might be too late, but I do not see any issues with the punctuation.

Hi
I might be wrong and if so I apologize. I don't see any errors, however maybe where you put the - you might rather put brackets at the beginning and end?
For example:
(that is, if you can actually endure the author's untidy writing style).
