Hello, in the phrase, "a peace-loving Muslim," should "Muslim" begin with a capital letter?

Yes Muslim should begin with a capital letter.

Religions, religious adherents, holidays, and religious publications should all be capitalized. Gods and goddesses' names are capitalized. God is the moniker given to the Judeo-Christian god since they believe He is the only one. When talking about God, believers uppercase pronouns like he and him.
Yes. Religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, and others should always be capitalized because they are proper nouns. You capitalize the names of certain sects of a religion, such as Catholicism, Protestantism, Orthodox Judaism, and Sunni Islam, since they are adjectives that refer to the religion's proper noun.

All instances of religion should be capitalized. Since they are proper nouns.
