Who's is the contraction for the words 'who is'. Who's that girl?
Whose is a determiner pronoun. Whose book is that?
Whom is a pronoun used as a direct object or object of a preposition. To whom are you speaking?

But that is not the case for who which becomes whose. (No it where the possessive is its, no apostrophe.)
