Hi, Miracle. I could not find a definite answer to this. I am curious and will keep my eye open for this rule. However, to be safe, I suggest if your are going to refer "book two" without including it in the title, refer to it as "the second book". I believe that if you are referring to "book two" and you have included it in the title it should be capitalized. However, I am not absolutely sure about this. Hopefully, a few more people can offer their opinions based on a verifiable grammar rule.

Hi Miracle.
In this case because it is in between a sentence ,no it should not be capitalised. When it is inside a sentence "...book two" is a common noun. When it is outside a book normally it is Capitalised. Why?? Because when it is outside a book it is a beginning of a sentence and also a count noun. Now this means that the position of book changes and it's position as a noun every now and then affects its ability to be capitalised. I hope this helps
