"Information" in plural form

Hi, I wast deducted points (twice) because of using "information" in plural form. The editor stated that "information" is singular, therefore should be treated as such. But I believe that "information" is a non-countable noun, so there isn't really a singular or plural form of it. I haven't encountered the use of "informations" anywhere.

If you are talking about subject verb agreement it should be treated as singular. For example, information is good. Not information are good. Is that what you mean? If not I would suggest you providing an example sentence.

Kandscreeley is correct. Also, you can say "the pieces of information are...," but if you use the word information by itself, then the correct phrase is "the information is."
