Very good review. Very good book as well. I have finished the sample in a few minutes since it is fast-paced and interesting. However, I agree with the title being too...obvious.

Interesting review and an intriguing book, wives who conspire to murder their husband's, I think Giorgio would have been the one who instigated this kind of thought in the minds of the women, seeing that it is not only one woman that was involved in such acts and all the women involved had relationship with him. I look forward to reading this book. Thanks for the review.

This review gave an excellent synopsis of what the story is about. I read a few pages of The Wicked Wives and let me just say, it's crazy. The women are willing to kill for money and from what I gather the only good guy is Tom Rossi. It's sin city. I'm not normally a historical fiction reader but the speed at which things move is quick. I want to finish reading it and find out what was the twist in the end.

I'm not into historical fiction but this book really got my interest. The story sounds very intriguing and a bit unusual to what I'm used to. Definitely adding it to my reading list. Thanks for the insightful review!

I think the author should have used a different tittle for this amazing historical fictional novel. It's like you are about to read something dirty. The preview intriguing and it made me finish the book. It's a total 4 out of 4 and the book is very interesting

This fiction novel based on a true story sounds fascinating and historical occurrence of the era, the wives are very cruel and inhuman to have indulged in such crimes and cruelty to their husbands just msg because they want to have all insurance money to themselves … I think the tailor is the devil’s incarnate for deceiving the wives into such acts ……the author really did good in giving every details in it

This seems like an interesting crime story. A bunch of Philadelphia housewives individually conspire with a local tailor, Giorgio DiSipio, to murder their husbands for the insurance money. Must be a thrilling read. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I can't imagine anyone murdering their own husbands for insurance money. It's inhumane, selfish and beyond wicked. The lack of conscience on the wives' part is shocking. I'm sure this book would make a great movie. This is a well-written review. Congratulations on winning BOTD.

This historical fiction will keep the reader glued to it. It reveals the evil one can launch just to gain material wealth. I will certainly love to read Giorgio's role in this book. Nice review.
