I am living in the UAE, even though I'm American, there is no love for country music here. I love Dolly, Shania, Patsy Cline, and Loretta Lynn. I used to listen to Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack, Kristen Kelly, Carrie Underwood, Trisha Yearwood, and Lucinda Williams.

Aside from Morgan Wallen when it comes to men I prefer very old country music like Marty Robbins, Johnny lee, John Denver songs, and Hank Williams. Thank yall for asking.

As I read all of these posts, I realize I agree with all of you! I love the classic country singers and also some of the lesser known but talented singers. I’m not a fan of Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert or really mainstream artists. I like creativity and humility and low key performances.
