Music for me is healing. It is a gentle firm of healing and one particular object thst soeaks directly to the soul. It challenges it and repairs its wound. Brings back memories whether good or bad but because of the harmony and melody, time has healed all your experiences just in music. It's healing.

For those who played an instrument in grade school, you might remember solo & ensemble. My daughter just participated as a solo entry over the weekend. Does music make you stronger? You bet. She was a crying, anxious wreck before her performance. Once she practiced with the pianist and did her solo, what a stronger kid coming out the other side. (Yes. She did get a medal :) )

Music has always had a profound impact on my emotions. There are certain songs I turn to when I need a pick-me-up or when I want to feel more resilient. For me, music is a powerful source of strength and motivation.

Definitely. I feel more confident. I feel like no one can stop me. Although sometimes after listening to the music I feel tired because of all the singing and dancing around. Music makes me feel better on a bad day.

Music gives a "charge" to my battery that not even food can match. It has a way of giving me strength when nothing else can. There'll be times when I hear a song randomly on the radio or in passing and suddenly I'm filled with a second wind in my sails

I think music can have so many different effects on a single person. It can make you feel stronger, boost your confidence, or even help you heal. Being a musician myself, I believe that there is a perfect song for every moment.

Strength can mean something different in a variety of situations. For example, when I lost my best friend, certain songs helped me work through my grief and let me find the strength to let go. Another less dramatic example would be sports. I love playing hockey, and nothing gets you in the right mindset like music. Just when you think you're too tired to keep going, your song starts playing in the rink and suddenly, you feel like you could move a mountain.

In conclusion to all that, music does make me feel like a stronger person altogether. It brings me strength when I need it the most, whether it be during a hockey game or a rough patch in my life. It is truly amazing to think about how big of an effect a single song can have on me and my way of thinking.

Music can definitely make a difference or change in one's spirit and energy. Depending on the song or particular type of music, it can lift you up, encourage you, empower you, put a smile on your face, or simply make you feel good. Sadly, there exists types of music that can do just the opposite - make you sad or angry or even enraged or violent. I wish all music would have only positive effects on humanity!

Yes, absolutely. In multiple ways - I like music when I'm working out, for one, so on a physical level it helps. And I listen to music for emotional/mental help as well, it has a positive impact on me.

Music can heal you emotionally. Soothing classical music calms me when I am agitated and so it does help you with lowering your blood pressure. Feel good music can also lift up your mood and make you feel better. It does contribute to your over-all well being.
