I use YouTube any trending song you'd actually see it first, as it will be recommended to you and would be selected based on what you love hearing and taste of music

Funny I use tiktok, if a new and trendy song is released, it brought up on my fyp on Tiktok and I could easily listen to it and hear if I'd like it.

As some others have said, I usually listen to my favorites on YouTube and then let the algorithm feed me new suggestions. Found some great songs that way.

Through YouTube and friends because we are kind of a music freaks and if we discover something new we forward it to each other. But the most interesting part of discovering new music to me is through music tapes if someone had a band and recorded it on it. The tape can be from 80s, 90s or even 70s but if I haven't heard of it, it's new to me.

When I'm looking for new music, I actually go to Youtube to see what I can find since in my experience the suggested videos generated when you're watching a video can lead to new songs and artists. Also, just spending time with my friends helps because they have different tastes in music or seeing a band perform at a event helps me find new songs.
