Poem: The mind of a heart broken lover.
Too much of it will surely kill
To truly love is to border on obsession
Each detail of the person holds your complete attention
You change yourself to his ideal image of perfection
Yet he still walks away
The cage of love holds you alone
You were just a bus stop on the road to finding the one
you were never the final destination
you decide to take action
How can you give your all- body, soul and mind- and receive no returns?
This was supposed to lead to the alter
all that was missing was the proposal
Paranoia sets in
The truth is, no one will love him like you do
and since he won't stay with you, then no one will have him too
if death is the answer, then so be it.
One thing is sure,
He will definitely regret toying with you.
